RAMA RAO, SC FOR TSMSIDC The Court made the following: ORDER THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAGESH BHEEMAPAKA WRIT PETITION No.18738 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner chailenging the inaction of the respondents in not releasing the Outstancling final bill amount of Rs.8,85,900/- to him for the "Repairs & Renovation of existing P.P. UNIT (CEMONC) Building in District Hospital Gadrval for establishment of (COVID- 19) Isolzrtion Ward, Gadwal of Jogulamba Gadwal District" executed by him.

Heard Sri Allam Ramesh, learned counsel lor the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Medical & Health for respondent Nos.1 and 3; learned Government Pleader lor Finance and Planning for respondent No.2; learned Govcrnment Pleader for Revenue for respondent No.4; and Sri G. Rama Rao, Iearned Standing Counsel for TSMSIDC for respondent Nos.5 and 6. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner made submissions on the lines of writ affidavit and requested this Court to direct the respondents to release the Outstanding final bill amount of Rs.8,85,900/-, to the petitioner for the "Repairs & Renovation of existing P.P. UNIT (CtrMONC) Building in District Hospital 2 Gadrval for establishment of (COVID 19) Isolation Ward, Gadrval of Jogularnba Gadrvai District" executed by him, :IS expeditiously zrs possible.

4. Sri G. R:rma Rao, learned Standing Counsel for TSMSIDC for responclent Nos.5 and 6 placed before this Court a letter dated 20.O8.2025 addressed by the Managing Director, TSMSIDC ancl surbmitted that the District Collector, Gadwal, has sanctioned thc work and requested TSMSIDC to execute thc w,ork and aocordingly, the said work has becn undertaken by the petitioner and completed. It is further submitted that since the sanctioning authority has not released the requisite funds, TSMSIDC has been unable to make pavment to the contractor. It is lurther submitted that repeated requests have alreacly been made for release of the sanctioned amount and the Corporalion shall release payment to the contractor immediately upon receipt of funcls from the sanctioned authoritv
