It is submitted that the petitioners are the legat heirs of Ms. B.Madhavi, who was the owner and possessor of the plot No.25 (southem part) admeasuring 255 square yards, Plot No.26 (southern part) admeasuring 254 square yards, total admeasuring 509 square yards, in Survey No.479, Koheda Village and Gram Panchayat, Abdutlapurmet Mandal (erstwhile Hayatnagar Mandat) Ranga Reddy District having purchased the same under registered sale. deeds bearing document Nos.883 of 2003, dated 07 .02.2003; 8039 o12000, dated 18.09.2000; and 8803 of2000 dated 19.10.2000. The said land admeasuring 509 square yards was acquired by the Government for the purpose of Outer Ring Road and Ms. B.Madhavi was not paid any compensation in that regard. Ms. B.Madhavi expired on 01.07.2009 and her estate devolved on the petitioners. I !'r j- :.' L} 2

[t is stated that petitioners submitted representation dated 1 1.06.2025 to the respondent authorities by drawing their attention to case of one Mr. P.Srinivas S/o Krishnaiah who was allotted 400 square yards in Survey No.507, of Koheda Viliage vide proceedings in L.A.Unit-lt/104/2005 approved by the HMDA in lien of his acquired land wherein award in P.L.C. No.235 of 2012 dated 28.04.2012 was passed by the District Legal Services Authority vide registeted allotment deed No.8724 ol20l9. in accordance with the G.O.Ms. No.459, Revenue (L A.) dated 08.04.2005. The then Govemment of Andhra Pradesh vlde G.O.Ms. No. l4 dated 18.12.2006 has approved compensation package for Project Afl'ected Families; compensation package for Project Affected Farnilies r,vas approved by the HMDA in its 194'h Authority Meeting (item No.24) held on 29.12.2006.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are entitled tbr land compensation in lien of the acquired land as they are similarty placed with Mr. P.Srinivas who was granted land compensation of 400 square yards under registered allotment deed dated 08.08.2019. The petitioners submitted representations dated 03.04.20 l8 and
12.05.2025 to the respondent authorities for paying compensation for the ,/,' J subject land, but so far, no action has been taken, as such, he was constrained to approach this Court

Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed ol directing respondent No.2 to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 03.04.2018 and 12.05.2025 for paying compensation in the form of land in lien of acquisition of the land admeasuring 509 square yards, tn Survey No.479, Koheda Village and Gram Panchayat, Abdullapurmet Mandal (erstwhile Hayatnagar Mandal) Ranga Reddy District, by giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with iaw, within a period ol eight (8) weeks fiom the date ofreceipt ofa copy of this order.
