THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE P.SWAROOP REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1107 OF 2010 ORDER : This criminal petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner-Accused seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.331 of 2009 of Matwada Police Station, Warangal, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 10, 13 & 20 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, Amended Act 2008. 2) Heard. 3) In view of the nature of allegations leveled against the petitioner and as the pleas taken by the petitioner raise disputed questions of fact, it is not a fit case for quashing the proceedings against the petitioner even before completion of investigation. 4) However, considering the circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioner shall not be arrested till filing of charge sheet, if any. Investigation and consequential steps on the basis of investigation can go on. 5) Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed of. 10th February, 2010 SUR ______________________ P.SWAROOP REDDY, J
