Petition Under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to by writ of mandamus, while declaring that the 3rd respondents Endorsement in File No. A3112512025 dated 151512025 declining to stop survey of lands of the writ petitioner and of his family members/shareholders in Sy.No. 16/4 (16/A1- Ac 0.26 gts and 161A2 Ac.0,26 gts) situated at Gopalpet village and mandal wanaparthy district, which are subject matter (suit lands) in partition suits in O.S.No. 110612022 and OS.No. 231 of 2023 in the court of the Junior Civil Judge at Wanaparthy, is illegal, u nconstitutional and arbitrary and set aside the same, the respondents may be directed not to conduct survey of said lands until final decision in the said suits.
