2. Heard learned counser appearing for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent Nos.l to 3 and perused the record. Page 2 of3 !-r- \i'

V/hen the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to alllux of time, necessary changes have taken place in the revenu(: department and The Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2020 has been repealed and replace,C with The Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025. Hence, seeks to dispose of the writ petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to Iile an applicalion under the provisions of The Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act,2O2S.

4. Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue, for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 is present and take no objection to the same.

In the light of the aforesaid submissions,. this writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application to the respondent-authorities under The Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rrghts in Land) Act,2025. On submitting such application, the respondent_ authorities shall consider the same, and pass appropriate 7 Page 3 of3 orders strictly in accordance with law, by putting the petitioners and all interested parties on notice and affording them an opportunity of hearing. If, respondent-authorities are not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, they shall assign specific reasons' pass a reasoned order, communicate a copy of the said order to the petitioner and complete the qid exercise within a period of eight (08) weeks from the'date of submission of the application' There shall be no order as to costs.
