Sankarapuram Village, Proddatur Mandal) On such execution, the respondents herein shall be produced before the learned III Additional District & Sessions Judge (FTC), Kadapa, and thereafter the learned Sessions Judge shall release the respondents on bail on their each executing personal bonds in a sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned III Additional District & Sessions Judge (FTC), Kadapa, and on their further undertaking that they will attend the Court as directed by the learned Sessions Judge.

Pedda Venkata Subba Reddy, (16) Boddela Naga Ramesh Reddy, S/o. Obulreddy. (All are R/o. Sankarapuram Village, Proddatur Mandal) wherever they are found and produce them under safe custody before the III Additional District & Sessions Judge (FTC), Kadapa. You are also further directed to return this Warrant as early as possible to this court with a detailed report stating the manner in which it has been executed or if not executed the reasons why it has not been executed. On Such production the learned III Additional District & Sessions Judge (FTC), Kadapa, is further directed that the said Accused/Respondents shall be released on bail on their executing personal bonds in a sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the III Additional District & Sessions Judge (FTC), Kadapa and on their further undertaking that they will attend the court as directed by the learned Session s Judge.
