2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.
3. It is stated that the petitioner is the absolute ou'ner and possessor of agricultural lands in Sy.No'5O2/AA, to an extent -E_*-,:...--- !_E 'r '4. 2 CVBR, J W.P. No.18865 2025 of Ac.3 3t gts and i. Sy.No.SO3 lA/ I, to an e>:tent of Ac. 1-36 gts, in total to an exLent of Ac.S 27 gts, srtuatcrl in Ramannapct Village, Ramannapet ManCal, yadadri Bhuvanagi. District, having purchased th. same under registercd Salc Deed vide Doc.No.2027 /gS dat,:d 19.O4.1995. It is furthe r stated that the petitioner,s. nzLme has beer_r mutated it.t the revenue recorcls and she has also been issucd Pattadar Pasrs Book No.T3O13O2O07 lZ vide l(atha No.1143 by the Tahasilclar, Ramannapct Mandal in respect o1_ tl-re s:,d land. However, the Petitioner's name and her land in Survey Nos.502/AA and 503/A/1 lr'as not inclrrded as o\rner of any portion of the land proposed for acquisition' It is stated thatnonotice\vasissuedtothepetitionernora1]y opportunity r,r'as provided to file objections or participa[e in the acquisition proceedings' It is further stated that the respondents conducted meetings with the listed landowners' including the neighbouring ou'ners of Survey Nos' 502 and 503, to discuss the acquisition process and disbursed compensation to them, but thc petitioner was excluded from the process, by conlirming that her lard was not part of the acquisition. It is the case of the petitioner that to enhance irrigation and sustain farming operations' a bore well was dug in the agricultural land, abutting to the canal and after digging the bore well, the 6Lr' respondent tried to interfere' claiming that the portion of the land where the bore well was d.ug formed part of the canal alignment and had been 4 \ CVBR, J W.P.No.18865 2025 acquired rnder excavation of Dharmareddypaily Car_rai, u,hich is baseles;s. as no acquisition proceedings u.:re initiated or completed in respect of the subject land and the petitioner,s name and tand details u,ere not even recorded in the land acquisition au ard list. it is stated that the pelltioner made a representati,tn datecl 12.O3.2025 to the 6rh respondent but the 6th respondr:nt has not acted upon the representation tili today ar-rd trving to lay road b1, encroaching tr:to the land of the petitione,r abutting to canal. Aggrievcd b5, the unlarvful interferenc,: of 6th respondent in the agricuitural 1a,d of the petitioner, she made Ir_Line Application No. DERO2250 lla}276 dated 02.06.2025 and requesred for an immediate survey and demarcation of the subject land to confirm the or.r,nership and possession and to t:stablish that the lald was not part of Lhe acquired land, but;ro action has been taken iill date. Hence, the Writ petition.
5. Learnecl Assistant Government pleader lor Revenue appearing for the respondents has not drsputed r.hat la,ds were acquired in sy.Nos.5o2 and so3 vide rroceedings varl0us //. It is also not disputed that an extent of Ac.O.08 gts in Sy'No.503 has be en acquired and there is no mention about the extent claimed by the petitioner or name of the petitioner in the aurard proceedings'

On perusal of thc record, it is evident that the petitioner has not been paid compensation for her iands and I \ h.. name is no t included in the award proceedings The grievance of the petitioner is rvith respect to interference by the6'hrespondentwithherpossessionandthefailureofthe authorities to act on her request for survey and demarcation' In vieu' of the above, this Court is of the opinion that 7. ends of justice would be met if the respondents are directed to consider F-Line application submitted by the petitioner and conduct survey of the subject lands in accordance with law. If any portion of the petitioner's lald is found to have been acquired., compensation shall be paid to her in accordance with law. If, on the other hand, it is found that l I t ; 6 CVBR, J W.P.
