2. It is stated that petitioner is the owner and possessor of land admeasuring Acs. O.2O guntas in Survey No.56 /26, situated at Papireddyguda Village, Keshampet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (for short, 'the subject landJ, having purchased the same from one Late Sri Keshya, through registered Sale Deed dated 12.09 .2012. The grievance of the petitioner is that he made an application bearing No.24O0116367 dated

28.10.2024 in Dharani Web Portal for mutating his name in the revenue records and also to issue new e-pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the subject land, but the same was rejected.

3. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appea-ring 2 CVBR, J ',V.P No 1863O of 2O25 for the respon(lents zrnd with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed at the edrnission stage

This; Court has carefully examined the impr.igned order rejecting the appiication sulrmitted for mutation of the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and for issuance ofnew e-pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the stLllcct land. Except saying that "Applir:ation for Passbook Data Correction '>4001 16367 is rejected by RDO ' no valid reasons whatsoever has been assigned to enable the petrtioner 1o take appropriate action.

The k,arned Assistant Government Ple,rcier for Revenue appearing for re spondents has submitted that Telange,na Rights in Land and Pattadar PeLssl>ooks Act, 2O2O has been repealed and repiaced with Telangana Bhu Ilharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, !tO25 (for short, 'the Act 1 of 2025) and if the petitioner submits online application in the prescribed formeLt in Bhu Bharati Web Portal ald if the same fulhlls all the requirements of the Act I of 2025 and the Rules ma le thereunder, the respondent authorities will consider the same, in accordrrnce with law.

In rrierv of the above submission, this Court deems it appropriate to disposc of this writ petition permitting the petitioner to make appropriate online application in the prescribed format iti Bhu Bharati Web Portal, seeking mLltation of his name in the reventr,: records and for issuance of e-pattaclar passbook and title deed in respect of subject land. In ts;.,: 3 CVBR, J W.P.No.1863O of 2025 the event of such application being made by the petitioner and if the same fulfills all the requirements under the provisions of the Act 1 of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the respondent authorities shall examine and consider the case of the petitioner. In any event, if the application of the petitioner does not fulfill the requirements of the Act 7 of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the respondent authorities shall pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner. The entire exercise sha-ll be completed within a period of eight (O8) weeks from the date of receipt of the application.
