Heard Mr. Nayakawadi Ramesh' learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing for the resPondents and perusecl. the material available on record karned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner 3. was appointed as Watch Women on 27 06'1991 under compassionate grounds in view of death of her husband. Subsequently, her services were regulari zed vide proceedings dated' 07 12'2019 and she has completed 34 years of service' It is further submitted that the petitioner belongs to Rajanna Siricilla District' -

4. It is further submitted that the Government of Telangana had issued G.O.Ms.No.3 t 7 General Administration (SpF_ 1) Department dated 06. I2.2O2l by which the employees are being allotted to the new local cadres from the existing local cadres. The Government had gtven option to the employees to choose their preferences/ op tions for allotment ancl posting. Being a local candidate, the petitioner has given her first option & preferbnce to work in Rajanna Siricilla District. But without considering her option, therealter in compliance to the above said G.O, the 3.d respondent issued allotment ordcrs and allotted the petitioner to new rocar cadre i.e. Jagityal District vide proc. No. SO/ SO / KAl JAGr/ WATC / OO 46, dated t8. t 2.2o2 7.

It is further submitted that, in similar c.ircumstances, the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court had passed an interim order dated 22.O4.2022 in W.p.No.22488 of 2022 by directing rhe respondents therein to permit the petitioner therein to continue at the same place from where she has been transferred. The petitioner is also seeking similar relief. It is further submitted that the Government has issued orders to submit a representa[ion to the authorities, if the emproyees are having any grievance in a,otments made in terms of G.O.Ms.No.31Z, dated. 06.12.2021. in view of the same, the petitioner has submitted a representation/appeal dated 26.06.2024 to the 2"d respondent authority. But, even al.ter lapse of 1 i I year, there is no response from the respondent authorities' Hence' the present writ Petition is filed. lrarned Government Pleader fcr Social Welfare appearing for 6. the respondents submitted that the respondents would consider the representation/ appeal d'aled' 26.06.2024, submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law' 7 .
