2. Considered the submissions of the lcarned counsel for the petitioner, Sri L. Ravinder, Icarned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, and with their consent this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

It is stated that the petitioner is thc owner and possessor of land to an extent of Ac. 1.09 Gts in Survey No.1O0 situated at Turkayamjal Village, Abduttapurmct Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having purchased the same by way of registered sale deed Nos' 1215 I 2 of 2001 and 7608 of 1993, .rnd the respondent ii.rl.llorities have mutated his namc in atl the revenue records trnd isstlecl patl-adar passbooks and title deeds in his favour vide passb'.rol< No.24 1305 and Khata No.24, zrnd the petitioner also possesst s zrn extent ol Ac.11.21 guntas in Sy.No.99/E situated at Turkavarnjal Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Rcddy District, and his name is. also mutated in thc rcvenue records in rcspect of the sr.rblcct prolx)rtv. The grievance o[ the petitioncr is that whi]e isstring t: pat'-etdar passbooks under the provisions of the Tclangal-r:r llights in Land And Pattaclar Passbooks Act, 2O2O, the respondent a ut l.tori[ics h:tve issued only to the extent of Ac. 1 1.21 guntas and hzlvc nol issuecl e- pattadar passbooks to the extent of Ac. 1.09 gunttls, thcrefore , he submitted an online application vide No.25O0OOO2()7, (latcd O3.O 1 .2025 through Dharani Portal requesting t() tr-ace ou. thc missing extent of land and for consequential issuant c cf c-patrzrd:rr passbooks over the missing cxtent of lands, and \''h(-'n n() action was taken by thc respondents, he liled W.P.No.158()2 o[ 2025, and this Court vide order dated 12.06.2025 disposed r I t he said u,rit petition granting liberty to thc petitioncr to irle a licsl-r application under [he provisions of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Rccord of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (for short "the Act t ol 2t)25").

Learned counsel for the petitioner submittecl t [a t considerrng thc request of the petitioner for issuance of the pattiLcllrr passLrooks I I I t I I 3 to the missing extent of Ac. 1.09 guntas in Sy.No.1OO/AA of Turkayamj al Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, the Tahsildar, Abdullapurmet Mandal, has issued a report and even after the recommendations of the Tahsildar, the re spondents authorities have not issued amended pattadar passbooks in favour ol the petitioner over the missing extent of lands.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has not disputed the report of the Tahsildar' In view of the above, this Court rs of the opinion that cnds of 6. justice would be met if the respondcnts are directed to issue amended pattadar passbooks in favour of the petitioner in respect of the missing extent, as expeditiously as possible, prelerably within a.pcriod of three months from the date of receipt of a copy ol this order. 7 .
