No. 194O6 of 2022 and this Court vide orclcr daLed 26.04.2022 directed the respondents to conclude the survcy u.irhin six r.l,eeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the ordcr. I t is rhc further staLed that in tcrms of thc said order, thc respondcnts have conductcd survey but lailed to lix thc boundaries/ kadd i stones in terms of the Rules, therelbre. the petlttoner \.as constrained to lile C.C.No.20 35 ot 2024 and this Court vide order, 0g. I1.2024 disposcd of the said contempt casc giving liberty to the pet irioner to makc a lresh rtpplication by paying necessary charges for fixation and localization of the boundaries of the subject land in terms ol thc survey conducted earlier. It is further stated rhal evt:n alter the observations made in C.C.No.2035 of 2024, thc responden t had u,illfully and deliberately not fixed the boundary stones in pursuance of the survey conductetl pursuant to the F Line application, clated O3.02.2 O22, theretore, the petitioner was constrained to filr: C.C.No. 1lZ3 ot 2O2S and, this Court vide order, 08. 11 .2024 disposed of the said contempt case granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps if the respon<ient has not fixed the boundaries alter conducting survey as per the provisions of the Telangana Survey and Boundartes Act, 1923 and the Rules made thereunder.
