Learned counsel appearing for the petit Lr ner would submit that the petitioner herein is the absolut,: <lwner ald possessor of land to an extent of Acs.3.Oo guntas in Sy.No.312lAA/2 and Ac.O.30 guntas 1n Sy.l',1r.312lA/1, situated at Kondapuram Vi1lage, Khammam Rt r aLl Manda-l, Khammam District, having acquired the same try way of purchase through registered sale deed bearin6 document - Page 3 of5 No.lO44/20O6, dated 15.05.2006 executed by Mr.Shasanala Lakshmaiah and document No.Il47 /2OQ6, dated 24.05.2006 executed by document No.1l47/2006, dated

24.05.2006 executed by Shasanala Venkata Narsamma registered at SRO Kusumanchi. Since the date of purchase, the petitioner is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property.

Soon after the purchase of the said property, the petitioner made a-n application before the respondent- authorities to mutate his name in the revenue records and to issue pattedar passbook and title deed in his favour. But the respondent-authorities did not do so. The petitioner made another application under Form 6(4.) to respondent No.3 through Meeseva dated 05.10.2017 uide Application No.MUO217O52O957 for mutation of the narne of the petitioner in the revenue records. But the reasons best known to the Tahsildar, he neither rejected not considered the application submitted by the petitioner. However, after lapse of two years the petitioner again submitted an Page 4 of5 application under Form 6(A) through Mr:::seva uide Application No.MUO21900598065, dated 30.04. 2019. But till date the respondent-authorities have not acl ( cl upon the said applications, hence, the present writ petition -

5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for ?.evenue on instructions would submit that the applicatior r submitted by the petitioner are under consideration. The espondent- authorities will consider the same and pass rppropriate orders in accordance with law.

In the light of the aforesaid facts and circtL nstances of the case arld upon perusing the material availabl : on record, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the espondent- authorities to consider the applications subm i ted by the petitioner dated 05.10.2017 ald 30.04.201!, and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance wi h law, by putting the petitioner and all alfected parties on :eotice and affording them an opportunity of hearing. If. . espondent- authorities are not inclined to accept the requ,: ;'i made by the petitioner, they shall assign specific reasr rs, pass a Page 5 of5 reasoned order, communicate a copy of the said order to the petitioner and complete the said exercise within a period of 9O working days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
