BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18817 of 2025 ORDER It is stated that the petitioner is the absolute olvner and possessor of the lald admeasuring Ac. 1.00 guntas in S1,-No.288/A and Ac.1.14 guntas in Sy.No.231/A, situated at Bogaram village, Keesara Mandal, Medchal-Malkajigiri District. It is further stated that the namc of the petitioner was incorporated in the revenue records and the re\/enue authorities also issued pattadar passbook under the pror.isions of the Telar-rgana Rlghts in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short "the Act 9 of 2O2O"l ulde passbook No.TO6O7Ol5OO84 and Khata No.74. It is further stated that the larld owned by the petitioner forms part of various sub-divisions of Survey Nos.228/A and 23 1/A and taking advantage of the same, the adjacent owners are frequentlf interfering ald causing obstruction for enjoyment of his property. lt is further stated that the petitioner has made an F line application, dated

22.04.2025 seeking to conduct survey and demarcation. Thc grievance of the petitioner is that, even after receipt o[ the said application, the respondent authorities did not considcr the same.

I to 4, has submitted ih:rt tl.re petitioner has not made the application for preparation of sub-d .ision recorcls and if tl-re petitioner ma}<es application seeking for prepatatror.t of sub dir.ision records duly enclosing all the necessary documents. the respondent authorities will consider thc szrme.

In view of the above submissions ald since ir; stared that the pctitioner has su bmitted F-linc application for conductrng sun ev of thc subject lands, this Court is of the opinion that, if the said application complies all the requirements of the Telangana Surver, and Bounclarics Act, 1923, the pror.isions of Telalgara Lald Revenue A.t, 1317 Fash zu-rcl also the Circular instructions issued by the Commissioner, Survel., Settlements arrd Land Records from time to time, the respondents are directed to conduct the survey of the subject land. If thr: respondents are o[ the vie'uv thar the sub-division of the numbers is required to be done a,d any further fce is required to be paid by the petitio.:r in Lerms of thc Crrculars issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Settle rcnts and Land Records, the same shall be intimated to the petitioner. ru-r d on reccipt of such intimation, thc petitioner shall pay such fee as m:v be requirecl by the respondents. On payment of such fee by thr. petitioner, the respondents shall take further steps for conducting the survey as requested by the petitioner and conclude the same in itccorclalce rvith Iaw. 5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposcd of. There shall be no order as to costs.
