Meerpet and another ..Respondents COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.657 of 2o2s of Meerpet Police station, Rachakonda, registered for the offences under section 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya sanhita, 2023 (for short, ,BNS) and section 3(l)(r)(s) of the scs/srs (poA) Amendment Act, 2015. 2' Mr' Thoom srinivas, learned counser for the petitioner, submitted that during the pendency of the present criminar petition, at the instance of the we, wishers, reratives and elders, the parties have settred the dispute and entered compromise and fired Joint Memo' Accordingly, respondent No.2 filed I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2o2s to I 1 2 permit the:m to compromise and to record the compromise entered between them respectively.

This court uide order, dated 18.1 I .2025, directed the parties i.e., the petitioncr and respondent No.2, to appear before the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, on or: before 26.11.2025. In compliance of the said order, the Secretary. High Court Legal Services Cornmittee, has submitted report, dated 2I.11.2025, stating that the petitioner and respondcnt No.2 vvere duly identified with copies of their Aadhar Cards. It is further stated tLrat the parties have willfully and 'without any coercion entered into compromise.

The Petitioner respectfully submits that the allegations in the complaint are that "on 22.05.2025 at 20:3)hrs, recetved a complainant from de-facto complatnant, In which he alleged agatnst the petittoner thcit th,e petttioner had issued cheques to the complainant for an amount of Rs. 50,00,000/. (Rupees Frfty Lakhs only). However, the cheques were dtshonoured (bounced). Subsequently, the petitioner agreed to repay the amount but kept postponing the payment dates. On 24.04.2025, the complatnant vtsited the petttioner house along with hts communtty elders to request repayment. Further, the Petitioner / Defacto cornplainant herein entered a nletnorandum of Understancling dated 25.06.2025, by duly recording the compromise.
