2. It is stated that petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of agriculture land admeasuring Acs. 01.36 gun tas ir.r Survey No.460/ 1, situated at Nallavelli Village, H/o. Mall, yacharam Mandal, Rar_rga Reddy District, having purchased the same through registered llzrte Deed uide Document No 4163 0f 2.,06 clated 17 .03.2006. It is rurther slzrtecl that the petitioner sold some part of the said land i.e., Lo an exter)t of Acs. O.O5 guntas to Sri Mohammed Faisar Hussain through registered Sale Deed urde Document No.16172 of 2015 dated 31.07.2O15 ancl the lretitioner is in possession of the remaining extent of land i.e., Acs. 0l .31 guntas in Survey No 460/ 1, situated at Nallaveri village, H/o. Mar, yacharam ir4andal, Ranga Reddy District (for short, 'the subject land,). It is further statcd that when the petitioner was issued the e_pattadar passbook uki.e passbook No.527O17 IZO 1 and Katha No. l S7g, the cxtent of the lancl was not mentioned in thc said partadar passbook. The grievance of ll^c peliliuncr is that he made severar representations to the respondent auth,rities seeking 2 CVBR, J W.P.No.18689 of 202! for data correction of the missing extcnt of the subject land and consequential issuance of the amended pattadar passbook, but till date the said reprcscntations have not been considered by the respondent authorities. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed at the admission stage.

Learned AssisLant Government Pleader for Revenue has submitted that Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,2O2O has been repealed and replarced with Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (tor short, 'the Act 1 of 2025\ and if the petitioner submits online application in thc prescribed format in Bhu Bharati Web Portal and if the same fultills all thc requirements of the Act 1 of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the respondent authorities will consider the same, in accordance with lair"'.

In view of the above submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to permit the petilioner to make appropriate online application in the prescribed formal in Bhu Bharati Web Portal, seeking correction of entries in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbook in respect of subject thrrd. In thc evenL of such application being made by the petitioner and if the same fulfills all lhe rcquirements under the provisions 3 CVBR, J W.P No.1,9689 of 2025 of the Act I of 2025 and the Rules made thereuncler, 'hc respondent authorities shall examine and consider the case of the pc Litioner' In any event, if the application of the petitioner does not fulfill the -cquirements of the Act I of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the responclent authorities shall pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner' The entire excrcisc shall be completed within a period of three (o3) months from the drrte of reccipt of the application.
