Heard Sri S.ChAndra Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare for respondent Nos.l to 3; and learned Government pleader for Revenue for respondent Nos.4 and 5. With their consent, this Writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the unofficiar respondents filed Case No.TWAl/65/2023 before respondent No.3 alleging that the petitioners hacl occupied the subject land and constructed residential houses. Vide judgment, dated 2g.O4.2O25, respondent No_3 directed that possession of the subject land be resorted to the unofficial respondents by ejecting the petitioners. same, the petitioners preferred Appeal Aggrieved by the before respondent No.2.
