2. Heard Sri Saini Aravind, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Services - I appearing for respondent Nos.l & 2, Sri M. Mehboob Ali, learned Standing Counsel for AICTE, appearing for respondent No.3 and Sri Sai Prascn Gundavaram, learned Standing Counsel for Institute of Engineering and Technologr appearing for respondent Nos.4 to 6. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while the petitioners are working as Lecturers in respondent No.5 College, they nrade a representation to respondent No.6 on O9.O2.2O23, requesting resolution of their grievance, pertaining to payment of Dearness Allowance/lncrement Arrears and implementation of Revised AICTE Pay Scales 2016. However, no action has been taken thereon, so far. Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to direct respondent No.6 to consider the petitioner's representation dated O9.02.2023 and pass necessary orders within a time-frame as may be stipulated by this Court.

4. Learned (iovernment Pleader appearing for the respondents fairly submits that respondent No.6 will consider the representation of the petitioners dated Og 'O2'2023 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties, without going into merits of the case' this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No'6 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 09 'O2 '2023 ' and pass appropriate orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law' as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (02) monthsfromthedateofreceiptofacopyofthisorderand communicate a copy thereof the petitioners' Miscellaneous petitions, if any' pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
