2. Heard Mr.M.Damodar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing learned Government Pieader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. Perused the record.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, Iearned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had submitted an on-line application vide transaction ID No.22T3 60000004582, dated 20.06.2023 for the purpose of digital signature of the Dharani portal of the petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2 28 guntas in Sy.No.334/A, !-t\t -) situated at Narldimali Vi1lage, Amarchi Lta Mandal, \ Wanaparthy District so as to enable him to 'eceive Rythu Bandhu amount. Despite receipt of the said a'l rlication, action has been taken by official respondents. Therefore, he seeks to pass appropriate orders 4 . Learned Assistant Government Pleade ' for Revenue submits that appropriate orders would be : tssed in due course of time.

5. The petitioner expired on2O.O7.2024. Her ce, this Court vide order dated 25. 11.2025 impleaded petiticr er Nos.2 to 5 as 1ega1 representatives of the deceased petitior,, r on record.

Having regard to the submissions of bc 1 r the learned counsel, this Court, without making any obse: ations on the merits or demerits of the case, deems it apprcl riate to direct the official respondents to examine the on-linr: application of the deceased petitioner vide transaction ID No.22T3 60000004582, dated 20.06.2023 and par; appropriate orders, AS expeditiously AS possible, strictly n accordance with law, !1r putting all the interested parties ;n notice and taking into consideration the objections fi r d by private ;/ - a J parties, if any and affording them sufficient opportunity of hearing. 7 .
