When the Government published a state- wide seniority list through G'O.Ms'No.153, Home (Ser'I) Dept', dated 05.10.2018, the petitioners'names were excluded despite no fault on their part. Subsequently, officers from the Warangal Range (now Multi Zone-I) submitted representations pointing out similar omissions. Thereafter, the Government undertook a rectification of anomalies and identified 25 omitted vacancies pertaining to the Warangal Range for panel years 2004-05 to 3 Sr.N, J 2009-10. Based on the DGp,s reportr the Govirrnment issued proceedings on 16.04.2025, assigning notional ;eniority to 21 Warangal Range officers, subject to pending Iitigat icrn It is further the case oF the petitioners that tlre petitioners submitted a representation on 21.11.2024 s3{_.kinq similar rectification for the Hyderabad Range. S.p. Aggrieved by the said infirmity, the petitione-s approached this court, by firing w.p. No.14684 of 2025, ar(r this court directed the authorities to consider their representation dated 26.04.2025. Despite these directions, the DGF,issued the impugned Provisional Rectified State_Wide Senior_it:y List vide -j 4 SN. J Rc.No.149/E112022-1 dated 13.06.2025, once again excluding the petitioners. Hence, the petitioners filed the present Writ Petition challenging the said impugned list and seeking interim suspension of all proceedings, including promotions based on the list dated 13.06.2025, along with directions to rectify the anomalies in G.O.Ms.No.153 for the Hyderabad Range and to prepare a unified and integrated seniority list of Inspectors of Police covering both Ranges. Hence, the present Writ Petition. PERUSED THE RECORD. DISCUSSION A ND CONCLUSION:-
4. This Court vide its order, dated 3O.O5.2025 passed in the present W.P.No.18367 of 2025, directed the respondents not to finalize the seniority list.

It is the specific case of the petitioners that the respondents issued the Provisional Rectified State-wide Seniority List, dated 13.06.2025 (Rc.No.149lE[/2022- 1)(Exhibit.Pl) without rectifying the anomalies pertaining to the officers of Hyderabad Range(Multi Zone-II) on par with Warangal Range, Multi Zone-I Officers and petitioners had submitted a detailed joint representation, I I I I I I i l I 5 SN, J dated 23.11.2()24 addressed to the Directcrr. General of Police, Telangana State, Hyderabad arrcl individual representations seeking inclusion of petitioners, names at appropriate place in the Rectified fntegratt:rl State_wide Seniority List of Inspectors of police (Civil) issued vide G.O.Ms.No.153, Home(Ser-f) Department, dated O5.10.2018, Government of A.p., but howerrr:r, no steps had been initiated by the respondents hereirr in rectifying anomalies in the Hyderabad Range anomalies,.

Learned Government pleader for Services(Home) appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 brings on record letter vide Lr.C.No.376O/EJ-/2O2A.-Hyderabad !ipecial Range, dated 27.10.2O25 ot the Director Genr:ral of police, Telangana, Hyderabad addressed to the Chief Secretary to Government, Home Departmen.:/ Telangana/ Hyderabad, and contends that the griev;l1ce of the petitioners, as put-forth in the present Writ petition and also petitioners representations had alrr:ady been forwarded by the Director General of potice, Telangana, Hyderabad, vide Lr.C.No.376O/El/ZOZ4-Hyderabad Range, dated 27.10.2025 to the Special Chief Siecretary to "l 6 SN, J Government, Home Department, Telangana, Hyderabad and the grievance of the unofficial respondent Nos.4 to 7 as put-forth vide their representations, since ()6-04,2022 addressed to the 2nd respondent herein would also be duly forwarded to the competent Authority i.e., the Special Chief Secretary to Government, Home Department, Telangana, Hyderabad and the same would be duly considered, in accordance to law by the competent Authority within a reasonable period.
