2. Heard Smt:.Uma Devi Nama, learned counsel for the petitioner, learnerl Government Pleader for Finance appearing -or respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 and learned Government Pleader "or School Education ,or respondent Nos.2 and 5.

3. Learned col nsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 30.06.2024 and till now, his retireme:nt benefits were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits oF the petitioner are already processerd. However, due to clearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Pleader furtl er submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficia ries.
