It is stated that petitioner is the :rbsolute owner and possessor of agricultural dry tand admeasur.ing Acs.4.OO guntas in Sy.No.1{8/AA1O, siruarecl ar Vattinagulapally Village, Gandipet Mandal (crstwhile Rajendra Nagar Mandai), Ranga Reddy District (for shor[, 'the subject land'), having purchased the same through registered Sale Decd uide Document \ !, ) CVI]R. J uI P.lJo. 8988 of 2025 No.13247 of 2006, dated 21.06.2006 and thc Iretitic,ner,s name was incorporaLed in ali the revcnue records. [t is further stated that the name of the petitioner also reflected in [)harani portal in respect of the subject lancl, but the pet ric,ner,s lanrl is blocked for further transactions in view of ttrc inrerim order dated 16.06.2022 passed by this Court in W.p.No.2 t643 of 2022 and ultimately, the said writ pctition was disrr isse <) uid.e ordcr dated 07.03.2025. It is further stated that th(. p(:titione r nrade an application in Dharani Portal under ,( tourt Cascs & Intimation' Module by uploading the copy of the dismissal or<ler dated 07.03.2025 passed by this Court in W.p.No.U t6t3 ot 2022 uide No.CI2500O10675 dated 28.03.2025 requcsting to dclcre the subject land from the list of blocked lands rnd to allou, r he petitioner for further transaclions, but the saicl application \ as rejected stating that "Non submission.of intcrinr cour t orders by the applicant". The grievance of the petiticner is that an application has been made in Bhu Bharathi porral under ,Court Cases & Intimation' Module uide Application No.CI25OO0 15486 dated 09.05.2O25, but till date, the said applicirrion has nor been considered by the respondent authoritir.s. Hence, the present writ petition. 3 CVBR, J W.P.No. 18988 of 2025
3. Considered the submissions rnade by learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner vehemently contended that no Court cases are pending against the petitioner's land and W.P.No.21643 of 2022 referred in the Portal was dismissed uide order dated 07.O3.2025 and the respondent authorities, without verifying the records, have rejccted the application No.CI25O0010675 dated 28.O3.2025 submitted by the petitioner in Dharani Portal.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Rcvenue has not disputed the submission of the Application No. CI2500015486 dated 09.05.2025 and if the said application complies with all the requirements of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (for short, 'the Act 1 of 2025) and the Rules made thereunder and there are no Court cases pending and ii there is no claim of the Ciovernment over the subject land, the respondent authorities uill consider \ \ 4 CVt]R, J W. P.llo I u988 ol 2025 the same strictly in accordance with the provis ons ol the Act 1 of 2025 and Rules made thereunder.
6. ln view of the above submissions and srnce it is stated that [here are no Court cases pending againsl Lhe ltetitioner,s land, this Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice u,ould be met if the respondents are directed tc ex€Lmine application submitted by the petitioner in Bhu BharaLi Wcb PorLal uide Application No.CI25OO015486 dated 0!r.O r.2O25 ancl pass a reasoned order after issuing notice to a l intt,rested and affected parties over the subject land in acco-dan<c with thc provisions of the Act I of 2O2S and the Rules ntade thereunder within a period of eight (08) weeks from the dar.e of receipt of a copy of this order.
