LAKSHMAN ORAL ORDER: Heard Mr.B.H.R.Choudary, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for General Administration appearing for the respondents.

2. According to the petitioner, his father, namely, Late Sri Nikirtha Mogili was grievously injured in an extremist attack on

17.10.1995 and he was admitted into the hospital. Thereafter, he died on 20.10.1995. Petitioner was aged about l0 years at the relevant point of time. Therefore, he was not applied for employment. His mother is alive. He has a brother and a sister. He is eligible for additional ex gratia in terms of G.O.Ms.No.50, General Administration (SCA) Department, dated 21.02.201,4. Therefore, he has submitted a representation to respondent No.4 with a request to pay compensation in terms of the said G.O. Respondent No.4 sought report from Superintendent of Police, Karimnagar, who in turn, vide proceedings dated t0.12.20I4 recommended for sanction of additional ex gratia of Rs.5,00,000/- in lieu of employment to the petitioner in terms of the aforesaid Z W.P.No.l85lO of 2025 G.O. E'ren then, respondent No.4 is not proceeding further and paying irdditional ex gratia to the petitioner herein' It is further contended by the petitioner that he has

3. submitted representation dated 28.04.2025 to respondent No.4 along vrith the copy of recommendation dated l0-12.2014 of the Superintendent of Police, Karimnagar, with a request to pay additional ex gratia in terms of G.O.Ms.No.50, General Adrninistration (SCA) Department, dated 21.02.2014. Despite receiving and acknowledging the same, respotldent No.4 did not act upcrn the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.4, petitioner f,rled the present writ petition.

4. I-earned Government Pleader for General Administration, on instruc':ions, would submit that there is a delay on the part of the petitioner in approaching respondent No.4. As per the aforesaid G.O., petitioner is rtot entitled for the employment and additional ex gratta. However, respondent No.4 witl consider the repres()ntation submitted by the petitioner and also recomrnendation dated 10.12.2014 of the Superintendent of Police, Karimnagar, and dispose it of in accordance with law. 5 KL, J W.P.No.I85lO of 2025

5. [n rhe light of the said submissions, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 & 4 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 2g.04.2025 submitted by the petitioner. He shall consider the recommendation dated 10.12.2014 of the Superintendent of Police, Karimnagar, and also the principle laid down by this courr vide order dated 3 l.0l .2025 in w.p.N o.l92t5 of 2022.If respondent No.4 is not inclined to pay the additi onal ex gratia in terms of G.o.Ms.No.50, General Administration (SCA) Department, dated 21.02.2014, he shall assign specific reasons, pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner. He shall complete the aforesaid exercise within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
