It is stated that the petitioners are the absolute owners and possessors of Plot Nos. l2l I A and l21lB, each plot admeasurihg 720 square yards, PIot No.121/C admeasuring 242 square yards in Survey No.83 (old Survey Nos..53/ I and 53/2), totally admeasuring 1694 square yards, situated at Gandamguda Village, Rajendranagar Municipality, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (for short, 'the subject property'), having purchased the same through Agreement of Sale-cum-General Power o[ Attorney uide Document No.962 I of 2OI7 dated 14.ll.2ol7. It is further stated that since the neighbours of the petitioners are trying to interfere with the peaceful possession of the subject property, petitioners have submitted F-Line application No.TTDERO2250 1 la77l I dated 06 06.2025 to respondent Nos.4 and 5, by paying requisite fee t.o conduct survey o[ the sutrject o 2 CVBR, J W.P.No..l85O7 of 2O25 'I property and iix the boundaries. [t is settled law that the Survey DeparLment has the authority to conduct surve), and demarcate lands in accordance.vith the provisions of the Telangana Land Revenue Act, 1317 Fasli (Act No. '/lll o1'1317 Fasli), the Telangana Surve-y and Boundarics Act, 1923, an I thc Rules framed lhereunder. Thc Covernmcnt has issued variorts cir culars sp<:cifying Lhe conditions for ::onducting survevs, particularly F-Lin,: (liel<l measuremcnt) -/ .) CVBR, J W.P.No.185O7 of 2025 surveys. Individuals requesting such surveys are required to submit specific documents, and if the conditions stipulatcd in the circulars are fulfilled, the survey and boundary fixation may bc conducted. The commissioner, Survey, settlements and Land Records, exercising po\,\,ers under the Telangana issued relevant circulars from time to Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923,

In view of the aforcsaid discussion, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing respondent Nos 3 and 4 toconsiderexaminethepcLitioner,sF-Llneapplication No.TTDERO22 50lla77l1 dated 06.06.2025 in accordance with the provisionsoftheTelanganaSurveyandBoundariesAct,1923andalsoin terms of the circular instructions issued by the commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records for conducting survey on field measurement applications (F-Line applications), from time to time, within a period o[ four (04)weeksfromthedateofreceiptofacopyofthisorder,ifnotalready conducted.
