Heard learned Government Pleader for Home appearlng for respondent Nos'1 to 5 and perused the record The grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petl on 4. is that the respondents-authorities basing on the complaint made by the petitioner on 29 '06 2021 are not initiating action by registering the FIR against the unofhcial respondent herein' which action of the respondents it is contended as highly illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing' learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits that the respondents-authorities on receiving the complaint made by the petitioner, have made a GD entry and after causing preliminary I a I I 2 enquiry, closed the said complaint on Ol.OZ.2021 by noting the same as ,,civil in nature.; and that the petitioner was also informed of the action taken by sending cornmunication in person under acknowledgment.
