It is stated that father of the petitioners was assigned agricul[ure land admeasuring Ac.2.10 Gts., in Sy.No.26/EE and Ac\.?. 10 Gts., in Sy.No.26/RU, total admeasuring Ac.4.2O Gts., situated at Tatiikana, Tattiannaram Village, Hayatnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. It is further stated that after the death of petitioners, lather, they succecded the said property and their names were mutated in the pahanies for the years 7992-93, 1995_96,7998_gg, tggg_2ooo, 2003-2004, 2007_08, 20008-09, 2O11-12, 2O74-tS, t42O fasti, 1422 fasli and in the 1-B proceedings dated 13.06.2072 arld thev were also issued pattadar .--I 2 CVBR, J W.P.No.18145 of 2025 passbooks vide Nos.T0501O0300O8, T05010030001 and TO50 1 O0300OO5 resPectivelY.
3. The grievance of the petitioners is that their agricultural land forms part of Sy.No.26/E-E and Sy.No.26/RU but the respondents claiming that the subject'la'nds forms part of land in LGC No.73 of 2OO 1 , dated O4.O7 .2OOS are interfering with their possession and making efforts to disPossess.
4. Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents on instructions would submit that the lands claimed b]' the petitioners are the subject lands of LGC. It is further submitted that Government has fi1ed written statement in LGC and the same was clecreed in favour of the Government and the petitioners were declared as land grabbers lt is also submitted that aggrieved by the orders pas*d by the Special Court in LGC, the petitioners herein filed W.P.No.2O672 of 2005 before this Court and the same was dismissed ot O2.O2.2Ol'1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners vehemently conte:rted that the lands in possession of the petitioners are different and distinct from the lands of LGC and the respondents without conducting any enquiry for identihcation and localisation of the land, treating the petitioners' lands in question as subject lands of LGC and making efforts to dispossess them from the subject lands. v 3 CVBR, ,/ W.P.No.1B jqS af 202i 6. [n ordcr to put a quietus to the dispute, and having rcgard to thc contention of the pctitioners that the properties situated in Sun,c,r Nos.26/EE and 26/RtJ admeasuring Ac.4.2O guntas are distinct and not the subject matter of LGC No.73 oi 2001, this Court deems_ir_ appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing rhe Tahsildar concerned to conduct a proper surve_y and demarcation.
