2. Heard trlr.V.Ramachander Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.l-axmikanth Reddy, learned As:,istant Government Pleader for Home appaaring for resPondents.

Leat'ned cc,unsel for the petitioner sub,.nits that respondent Nos.2 and 3 ha\/e been interfering with the petitioner's registered business, carried on under the name arrd style of M/s. tlorizon Beverages, and that FIR No.554 of 2017 was registered against him. Aggrieved thereby, the present writ petition was filed seeking appropriate directions. This Couft, upon cons;idering the submissions, by order dated 04.09.2017, granted an interim direction restraining the respondents from interfering with the petitioner's business, while at the same time permitting continuation of investigati,rn in the said crime. ; I i I )
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the interim order effectively redressed the grievance of the petitioner and prays that the same be made absolute.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on the other hand, submits that respondents No.2 and 3 never interfered with the business of the petitioner, except to the limited extent of securing his presence in connection with Crime No.554 of 2017. lt is further submitted that the said crime was duly investigated, and a charge sheet has been filed. The case has since been taken on file as C.C. No.2609 of 2018 before the learned XIV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rajendranagar, and the same is presently pending trial.
6. I have perused the material on record.

Having regard to the submissions of the parties, the pendency of criminal proceedings, and the fact that the interim order dated 04.09.2017 has already addressed the grievance and apprehensions of the petitioner, this Court finds it appropriate to make the interim order absoiute in order to safeguard the petitioner's interests. Ordered accordingly.
8. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
