Learned counsel for the petitioners would ubrnit that the petitioners are the owners and possessors of various extents of agricultural lands situated at Pl dullanagar Village, Tadwai Mandal, Kamareddy District 'l erein after referred as 'subject property') and their rl rmes were incorporatc<l in the revenue records ar ( pattadar passbooks and title deeds were issued to the p': itioners. It is further submitted that respondent No.5's pr:decessors- in-interest l.rave instituted a suit in O.S. No.7 27 of 1972 claiming rights over the subject property of tht petitioners jrf]d the same \(ras decreed in favour of prer --cessors of respondent No.5 4

Learned counsel for the petitioners would further submit that respondent No.5 herein has filed an application seeking implementation of the decree in O.S.No.727 of 7972 in terms of execution proceedings in tr.P.No.O2 of 2003. He would submit that the final decree proceedings obtained in O.S.No.727 of 1972 are barred by limitation and as such E.A.No.OI of 2O2S was filed under Order XXI Rule 9l of C.P.C. He would submit that on the back of the petitioners, the unofficial respondents filed a writ petition before this Court vide W.p.No.31573 of 2024 and this Court vide its order dated 12.11.2024 whlle disposing of the writ petition, directed the respondent No.4 to examine the representation dated 22.O4.2024 submitted by the petitioners seeking for mutation of their names in the revenue records and for issuance of e-pattadar passbook in their favour in respect of the sub.lect property and if the said application fulfils all the conditions laid down under Section Z of t]ne ROR Act, 2020, pass appropriate orders in accordance with the provisions of the ROR Act, 2O2O, within a period of two (02) ,r=o:th_" from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 5

Based upon the said order, the respond: tt Tahsildar had issued proceedings vide File No.B/509,/ 1,024, dated 3l .12.2024 directing the petitioners to file heir claims along with supporting documents and records rertaining to the subject land to enable him to conducl enquiry for implementation of the judgment ald decree in O.S No.Z27 of 1972 and also in terms of order passed in I.p.No.O2 of 2023 and as per the Rules made thereunder i r Telalgana Bhu Bharathi (Record of Rights in Land) t\:t, 2025 by issuing notices to file objections with regard r : all the 32 applications made by the petitioners along witl supporting documents and records within (7) days. 7 . Learned counsel for the petitioners wouirl submit that the main grievarce of the petitioners is .l Lat pending adjudication of the application, respondent Nr; 4 is making efforts to amend the revenue records at thr: instance of respondent No.6. He would further subrr it that the petitioners have already filed their object., n petitions before the ofhcial respondents and apprehenc that, unless the objection petitions are duly considere I ard the petitioners are afforded a sufficient opportuni - 9f leariqg, 6 at the behest of the unofficial respondents, the official respondents may be persuaded to pass an impugned order adversely vacating the rights of the petitioners. Hence, he would seek to pass appropriate orders.
8. Learned counsel for the petitioner in W.p.No. 1g 136 of 2O25 would submit that if aly orders are passed behind the back of the petitioner, the petitioner,s valuable right under Article 3OO-A of Constitution of India would be infringed. Hence, he would seek to pass appropriate orders.

Sri P.Sri Raghu Ram, Iearned senior counsel representing learned counsel for the unofficial respondents without going into the stretch of the subject, would fairly concede to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners arld seeks direciion to the official respondents to grant suffrcient opportunity of hearing and a conduct proceedings strictly in accordance with law.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue would submit that all the petitioners may file the necessary objections, if not already frled, and the objections shall be ,, 7 considered in accordance with 1aw by -he offrcial respondents in all aspects and after cons't ering such objections, appropriate orders would be pas sed in due course of time, strictly in accordance with la.vr Hence, he would seek to pass appropriate orders. 1 1 . Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned senior counsel for unofficial resprl rdents and learned Assistant Government Pleader for F.t venue, this Court without making any observations on tl e merits or demerits of the case, since, at present unde' Rule 8 of Rules made under the Teiangana Bhu Bharatl i (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025, the Revenue Divisic,t al Officer is appropriate authorit5r to examine the case of th : petitioners and since the notices issued to the petitionr: s herein in File No.Bl5O9 l2O2a, dated 31.12.2024 t,i v€ already become infructuous due to afflux of time, he RDO is directed to issue fresh notices to the petition(:r s, unoffic'al respondents and all interested parties and gr,r rt sufficient opporhrnity of hearing to them and pass apprc priate order strictly in accordance with law. In the event cl issuing any fresh notice, needless to mention that the prt 'ties to this I I t I \ 8 writ petition are at liberty to frle objection petitions within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of such fresh notice. Upon frling such objections, if any, the official respondents shall consider such objections and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law and the official respondents are further directed to examine on the aspect of the limitation while undertaking such exercise.
