2. Heard Mr. Jillela Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioner No. 1 is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac. 1.38 guntas in Sy.No.71/A/1, Ac.0.31 guntas in Sy.No.64lA/4/I, Ac.l.O6 guntas in Sy.No.97lB/1, along with other extent in other survey numbers situated at Gangapuram Village, Bachannapet Mandal, Jangaon District. Petitioner No.2 is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.4.O8 gutnas in Sy.No.99/A/ 1/1, situated at Gangapuram Village, Bachannapet Mandal, Jangaon District. Petitioner No.3 is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring t Ac.2.22 guntas in Sy.No.SO/X, situated at Gangapram Village, Bachannapet Mandal, Jangaon District. The petitioners have acquired the above said propert5r by way of inheritanceand thus they are enjoyng their respective properties \ \ 3

Learned counsel for the petitioners would further submit that on 27.L2.2O22 and 11.08.2022, petitioners made representations to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to examine the pass books and delete the transaction status in the Dharani Portal and the same is pending before respondent Nos.2 and 3. Since no action has been taken by respondent authorities, this writ petition has been filed seeking direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to examine the representations dated 27.12.2022 and t / L1.O8.2O22, filed by the petitioners and to pass appropriate orders.

5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue seeks short span of time to dispose of the representations dated

27.12.2022 and 11.08.2022, filed by petitioner No.2.

Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and upon considering the material available on record, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing t respondent Nos.2 and 3 to conduct detailed enquiry and pass appropriate orders on the representations dated 27.L2.2O22 and

11.08.2022 filed by the petitioners, strictly in accordance with law by issuing notices to the petitioner and all interested parties and afford them sufficient opportunity of hearing, AS l 4 expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of Ninety (90) working days from the date ofreceipt ofa copy ofthis order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
