VINOD KUMAR Writ Petition No. 8100 of 2O25 1 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at the admission stage.

2. Having iegard to the manner of disposal of the Writ Petition at the admission stage ancl the rrature of /rs involved, this Court is of the view that notice to unofflcial respondent Nlos.4 and 5 is not necessary for adjudication of the presenl- Writ Petition,

The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are interfering in the civil oi:;pute that exrst between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents.l ancl 5, which is the subject matter of a suit, vide O.S.No.429 of 2025 and are coercing him, which action of the respondents-authorities it is contended as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Govcrnment Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.l to 3, while denying the writ averments, has placed before this Court the written instructions dt.27.06.2025 under the signature of the 3'c respondent.
