Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the Rule 22 A (2) (5B) of A.P. Cooperative Societies Rules 1964 to the extent of denying seasonal permanent employees working in the sugar industry from electing the Director in terms of Rule 1964 is arbitrary, illegal and by striking down the same to the said extent allow all seasonal permanent employees to participate in the said process in all respects and pass such other relief or reliefs.
