BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18O54 of 2o25 ORDER It is stated that petitioner No.1 is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.O. 14 guntas in Sy.No.458 l6t/2 and Ac. 1.00 guntas in Sy.No.458/e); petitioner No.2 is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac. 1.04 guntas in Sy.No.458/ 6t/2 and Ac.1.3O guntas in Sy.No.a58/dt and petitioner No.3 is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.0.10 guntas in Sy.No. 458/6J-l/1, situated at Mubaraspur Village, Doulatabad Mandal, Siddipet District. It is further stated that the names of the petidoners were incorporated in all the revenue records and they were issued pattadar passbooks bearing Nos.T10050O5O 174; T10050051483 and Ti0050050876, respectively under the provisions ofthe Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short "the Act 9 of 2O2O"l. It is further stated that, when the neighbouring land owners have started disturbing the boundary stones, the petitioners have filed F-Line applications bearing Nos.DRE022501190943, dated

13.06.2025; DRE0225O1193725, dated 19.06.2025 and DREO22501L93713, dated 19.O6.2025, respectively. The grievance of the petitioners is 2 CVBR, J Wp_18064_2025 that even after receipt of the said applications, the respondents did not consider the same. Hence, this writ petition.

2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 6 and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.

3. karned counsel for I he petitioners has submitted that in terms of the Circular issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records, the respondents are bound to consider the application within 45 days from the date of the application after collecting necessary charges. It is further submitted by the learned counsel that as the respondents are not conducting the survey for preparation of sub-division records, the petitioners are not in a position to enjoy the total extent of the land, which is in their possession and they have also not been receiving various incentives sanctioned by the Government as investment subsidies.

Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has submitted thert the petitioners have made F-Line application for conducting survey and they have not made the J CVBR, J Wp_18064_202s application for preparation of sub-division of records and if the petitioners make such applications, the respondent authorities would consider the same

In view of the above submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition permitting the petitioners to make appropriate applications in the prescribed. format for preparation of sub-division of records by paying the necessary charges and if the said applications comply with all the requirements of the provisions of the Telangana Land Revenue Act, 1317 Fasli; the Telangana Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and the Circular instructions issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records from time to time, respondent No.6 is directed to consider the said application and prepare the sub_ division of records. In any event, if records are not available, respondent No.6 is directed to call for the records from the ofhce of respondent No.4 or respondent No.3 and taking into consideration of the boundanes of the adjacent land owners, prepare the sub_ division of records after issuing notice to all the persons, who are interested and effected by the said survey. 6. With the above observrrtions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
