I to 4 whilc denying the Writ avermcnts would submit that based on the cornplaiirt givsl b1 one V.Nikhita oL-r 17-02-2025, the respondent authoritres havc registered a case vide Cr.No.l912025 wherein petitiorrer No.2 hercin is arrayed as Accused No.2 while petitioner No.i is an.aved as ,,\--i and the husband of 1't petitioner is arrayed as Accused No. l.
