2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record

It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of land for the extent of Ac.0.08 gts in Sy.No.873/2 siLuated at Kadthal Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having purchased the same by way of registered sale deed No.l125 of 2OO8, and the respondent authorities have issued possession certilrcate vide proceedings No.B/2498/2016, dated 04. 10.2076, but have not issued pattadar passbooks, therefore, the petitioner submitted number of representations, and also made online 2 L application dated 30.O6.2O23 through Dharani P()rtal lor issuance of pattadar passbooks, but no action has becn taken by the respondents till date.

Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleacler for Revenue appearing for thc respondcnts submittcd that pending consideration of the application submitted by the petitioner, the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short "the Act 9 of 2020") has been repealed and replaced with Telangana Bhtr Bharati (Rccord of Rights in Larrd) Act, 2025 (for short "the Act I of 2025") ar-rd il thc petitioner submits online application in the prescribed format in Bhu Bharali Web Portal, and if the same fulfills all the requirements of the Act 1 of 2025 aod Llr,e Rules made lhereundcr, the respondent authorities will consider the same, in accordance with larv.

In vieu, of the above, this Court is of the opitrion that the ends of justice would be met if thc petitioner is permittcd to make a lresh application under thc provisions of the Bhu Bl-rarati Act and the Rules made thereunder and in the event of such application being submitted by the petitioner, the respondent authorities shal1 consider the case of the petitioner for issuance of new pattadar passbook. In any event, if the petitioner has not satisfied with the requirements of the provisions of the Bhu Bharati Act and the Rules 3 made thereunde r, pass a reasoned order and communicate the I reasons thereon to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed rvithin a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
