This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:- " to declare the nction of the respondent No.3 for taking the possession of the plot No.72, admeasuring 207.63 square yards, plot No.13 atlmeasuring 171..76 Sq.Yds, situated at Yenugonda aillage, Mahabubnagar (llurnl) mandal, Mahabubnagar distict, ruithout paying any compensation to the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and an act of high lundedru:ss and also direct the respondent No.3 pay the compensation to the petitioner as per the present day market ztalue by issuing a notifcation and also direct the respondents to pay damages to a tune of Rs.1,00,000/ per annum from the date of taking possession of the plot No.12 and 73."

Facts in brief as stated in this writ petition are that the petitioner claims to be thc owner and possessor of plot No.12, admeasuring 207.63 square yards ancl plot No.13 admeaswing 17L.76 Sq.Yds, in Sy.No.2O, situatecl at Yenugonda Village, Mahabubnagar (Rural Mandal), Mahabubnagar District, having acquired the same through registered sale deed bearing document No.3339 of 2015 dated 23.03.2015.
