Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Rajagopallavan Tayi, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing of this writ petition, the respondent authorities accepted the sa_le deeds/Supplementar5r deed/ Modt Documents presented by the petitioners with regard to the semi-finished Flat Nos.101, 1O2, lO3, 2O1,2O2,203, 301, 3O2, 3O3, 401, 4O2, 4O3,5O1, 502 and 503 in the residential complex "GMR PARK VIEW" presented by the petitioners, therefore, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for further adjudication. i-Yr=-6'-:rz To, 3
