2. lt is submrtted by learned counsel for the peti .cners as well as respondent No.lZldefacto complainant that during tt_.ndency of the present Crimina Petition, the parties have compro lrsed the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 have bet n filed to record compromise betrveen them and to compound the ofl,:rrces.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor h;ts; opposed the compromise petition.

4. Since the parties were willing to enter into c, ntpromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appe,rng along with their respective counsel before the High Court i.egal Services Committeei for the State of Telangana vlde orders d,n.,:d 12.Og.2O25 2 EfD. J Crl P 3016 2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted reports dated 20 08.2025 and 01 .09.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully, without any coercion, entered into compromise.

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.601 o! 2025, on the file of the learned Vll Additional Chief Judicial lVlagistrate, Hyderabad, registered against the petitioners are hereby quashed subject to the petitioners paying an amount of Rs.5,0001 (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates Association and Rs.5,0001 (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Telangana State Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad, within a period of two (02) weeks from today and file proof of same before the Registry 3 t:1D, l CrlP 8()18 2025
