It is further stated that on 19'o5'2025' the Inspector of survey, office of Revenue Divisionar offrcer, Keesara Division' Medchal Malkajgiri District had inspected the subject land along with other lalds a,d conducted survey and demarcation of the subject la,,d in accordance with the Rulcs/survey Manual in tl:e presence of aI the neighbouring land orvr-rers and interested parties and panchanama was duly prepared in the prcsence of the pancha.s. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner submitted a rcpresentation dated 13.06.2025 to the 3rd respondent requesting to furnisfr trre survey report in respect o[ the survey and demarcation conducted on 7g-05.2025 to the petitioner, but till date the said representation was not considered by the 3.d respondent. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and lea,ed Assistant Government preader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Learned Assistant Governrnent pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has not disputed that the petitioner has purchased the subject land and pattadar passbook,and title deed were issued in its favour as per the provisions of the Telangana state Rights in La,d.and pattadar Passbooks Act, 2o2o (for short, the RoR Act, 2o2o). For dereliction of t,e cruties ald non-furnishing of the survey report datcd 19.05.2025 and panchanama and othcr ciocuments and forcing the petitioner to approacrr this court for institution of the writ petition, the 46 respondent is liable to pay costs of Rs.10,o0o/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the Telalgala High Court Advocates Association, Hyderabad within a pcriod of four' (4) weeks frcm the date of receipt of a copy of this order a,,d proof of payment thereof shall be frled before the Registry.
