Perusal of the record would reveal that the issue fell for consideration in the aforesaid Writ Petitions, is with regard to the filling up of the seats in super-specialty rnedical courses and the procedure adopted by NIMS for making admissions to such courses, in respect ofthe notification dated 10.05.2010. It is relgvant to note that these Contempt Cases are of the year 20t0.

4. Therefore, these Contempt Cases are closed. However, libcrty is granted to petitioners to take steps to restore the Contempt Cases, if cause suwives.
