2. Vide aforesaid cornmon order dated 30.09.2010, the erstwhilo High Court of Andhra Pradesh allowed the said Writ Petitions by setting aside the impugned notification dated
10.05.20 l0 issued by 1" responden.-lnstitute Rc.No.7,l/EC/Sl20l0 to the extent of earmarking seats lor in-service candidates in the courses which are subjcct mattcr of these writ petitions, and admission of unofficia[ respondents herein into the super-specialty courses in D.M rM.Ch., which are sub-iect matter of these writ petitions, is set aside. 3. Perusal of the record would reveal that the issue fell for consideration in the aforesaid Writ Petitions, is with regard to the filling up of the seats in super-specialty rnedical courses and the procedure adopted by NIMS for making admissions to such courses, in respect ofthe notification dated 10.05.2010. It is relgvant to note that these Contempt Cases are of the year 20t0.
4. Therefore, these Contempt Cases are closed. However, libcrty is granted to petitioners to take steps to restore the Contempt Cases, if cause suwives.
