Moreover, u'hat is also reflected is that the petitionel hcrein subseqr-rent to the passing of the impugncd order, himself filed his rvritten statement wherein this vcry objection was raised. Nonetheless, the objections those which are |aised by the petitioner, both in his written staternent and also in Pagc 2 pf 2 I.A.No.1470 of 2023 may be considerc4 for frarning of issues and which has also to be decided in the course of decidifg the main suir.
