The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that the Sft respondent is conLinuously harassing and interfering with the functionsofWakfinstitutionsie',DargahHazrat]nsyedShah Raza Saza Saheb Qibla and Hazrath Syed Amruliah Shah Saheb Qibla with attached properties and preventing the petitioner from discharging religious duties being the Sajjadanasheen and Mutawalli like Fateha and also performance of rituals also interfering with the iife and liberty of the petitioner by orally summoning the petitioner at the behest of respondent No'7' 2 r',,'"' I whicL iacri,r'r of the respondents, it is contended iLs l_r ghly illegal anrl ultr:r,'rres ar-rd infringement of fundamental rightr.
