The case of the petitioner is that th petitioner's husband Sri K.Sudershan worked as Lift Operator in thc Ist respondcnt Department and he discharged his dutie sincerely and diligentty without any complaint or adverse remar s during his tcnure of service. The date of retirement of petition r's husband on attaining the age of superannuation was 31 03-20 4 and unfortunately he suffered with "Periampullary Carcinoma" nd admitted at Global Hospitals, Lakdikapool, Hyderabad and u denvent treatmcnt from l-4-2O24 to 7-4-2024 and inspite of the be t treatment, pctitioner,s husband could not survive and ultimately ied on 7 -4-2024, leaving behind the petitioner, son and two daughter \ \:- 2 3' The petitioner further submits that after u're dcmise of the petitio,er's husband, the petitioner has submitted rclevant medir.ar reports an<1 requestcd to release the mcdical bills which thc pctitioner has spcnt for the trcatment of her husband and also ielevant documents before the l st respondent, who is the emplo.y.cr of thc deccased for rcleasc of the entire retirement ber-refits, but even afte r receipt of the entire documents, the 1st respondent <jid not respond anrl upon persistent visits and requests, adviscd tl,rc pctitioncr to rcprescnI before the 2nd respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that thc petitioncr made a reprcscntation clatecl O9.06.2025, before the 2nd respondent, for release ol'the entire monetary benehts of her latc l,rusband, but the respondcnts clid not cotrsider the same till today. Aggricved by thc same , th('petitioner filed the present writ petition.

5. Learncd Govcrnment pleader for the respondcnts submits that they hirve no objection to consider and dispose of Lhc representation dated 09.06.2O25, submitted by the petitioner, rvithin a stipulated time and pass appropriate orders, in accordance witl,r law.
