Sri Krishna Reddy Putta, leamed Standing Counsel for respondent No.2, on written instructions, submitted that respondent No.2 has been collecting rents in accordance with GO.Ms.No. l7g, dated 23.04.2003, in compliance with the inrerim orders of this Court dated 06.12.2016, and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

4. Recording the said submission, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
