Heard Ms.Nikita Goenka' learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Government Pleader for Enerry for respondent No 1; Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, Iearned Standing Counsel for Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited' for respondent Nos 2 to Standing Counsel for 4; and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy' learned for resPondent No'5' Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation' with their consent, this writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself' Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the subject 3. matter of this writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.32614 of 2O15' dated l8'I2'2015' and requested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also' The same is not seriously disputed by the learned Government Pleader as well as iearned Standing Counsel for the respondents' t I t 2 .l
