COMMON ORDER:-

These two Writ Petitions are filed seeking regularization of the services of the petitioners in the respondent-Organization. In view of the authoritative pronouncement of the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court in State of Karnataka Vs. Umadevi1) and reiterated by a three Judge Bench in Official Liquidator Vs. Dayanand and others2) the petitioners, who are working only on daily wage basis, have no legal right to seek regularization of their services unless the employer frames a scheme for such regularization.
