Leamed (iovernrncnt l)lcader lurther subrnitted that while granting renewal of recognition to the 9'r' respondent-School, it was directed to follow conditions laid down therein; and that as of date, no complaint has bcen leceived with regard to the 9'h respondent-school not adhering to the conditious stipulaled by the respondent authorities while according rcncrval ol' recognition or the 9'r' respondent-School violating the conditions lbr tlrc ar-rthorities to take action for cancelling the recognition ol thc 9tr' respond ent- S chool.

5. Since the official lesporrdcnts have categorically stated that the 9th respondent-School having bccn granted renewal upto 2029-30 and as of date no complairlt having been received with regard to violation of the conditions specificd u'hile granting renewal ol recognition, this Court is of thc vieu' that liberty, can bc granted to the petitioner to bring to the notice of the respondent authorities of any violhtion of the conditions of renewal grantcd in f'avour of thc 9th respondent by submitting a representation for the authorities to look into the same and take action, if warranted.
