K RAI\4ACHANDRl., Advocate for the Respondent No.2 The Court made the following: ORDER THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.TUKARAMJI l.A.Nos.2 AND 3 OF 2025 ln/And CRIMINAL PETITION No.7725OF 2025 COMMON ORDER This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS, 2023') seeking quashment of the proceedings against the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.82 of 2025 on the file of the Nandigama Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate.
2. The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 3 in the Crime Case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419' 420, 468 rlw 34 of lndian Penal Code.
3. Heard Mr.M.A.Aleem Majib, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent No.1-State and Mr.K.Ramachandra, learned counsel for the respondent No.2/de-facfo complainant.
4. Pending this petition, the parties have entered into the compromise and, accordingly, respondent No.2lde-facfo complainant filed l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 with the prayer to permit them to enter into compromise and by recording the settlement to quash the proceedings againSC i6e petitioner/accused in Crime No.82 of 2025. 2 I-.4.N0t.2 and i of Cr/.P.No. 7725 oJ 2025 ,t:5
5. This ()ourt yrue order dated 25.06.2025 referred the parties to the High court l-egal Services committee for identification and to verify the voluntarinesr; in arriving the settlement. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Conmittee, has submitted report dated 04.O7.z}2|stating that the parties were identified by their respective counsel and also on verification c,f Aadhar cards/ldentity cards and the enquiries revealed that the pe rties have willfully and without coercion entered into settlemenUcc,mpromise.
6. I have considered the submissions of the learned counsel and perused the rnaterials on record.
7. Having considered the allegations, the nature of charged offences and taking into account the amicable setflement between the parties, in the light of the dictums in Gran Singh v. Sfafe of punjab and anotherl and Anil Mi:;hra v. Sfate of ll.p.2; State of Madhya pradesh v. 8. Accordingly, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, all the proceedings in Crime No.82 of 2025,on the file of the Nandigama Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, are hereby quashed against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3.

1. It is to submit that the allegation of the comptaint is that all the accused conspired and cheated the De-facto Complainant by execution of sale deed in favour of Accused No. 1. On the ocCasion of mutation of the land an extent of Ac. L-37 Gts. of Chegur Village, Nandigama Mandal of Ranga Reddy District the De-facto Complainant found that the accused committed cheating, forgery with common intention.
2. It is submitted that, I have filed private complaint before the Hon'ble Prinicip;l Judicial Magistrate of First class at Shadnagar against the petitionors herein (Accused Nos. 1 to 3).
