The Court made the following: COMMON ORDER THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.TUKARAMJI l.A.Nos.3 and 4 OF 2025 ln/And CRIMINAL PETITION No.7697 OF 2025 COMMON ORDER This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS, 2023') seeking quashment of the proceedings against the petitioners in FIR No.553 of 2025 on the file of the Vansthalipuam Police Station, Rachakonda.
2. The petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 4 in FlR.No.553 of 2019 registered foi' the offences punishable under Sections 1 15(2), 352, 351(2), r/w.3(5) BNS, 3(1) (r) (s), 3(2Xva) SC ST PoA Act.
3. Heard Mr.[Vl.Naresh, learned counsel for the petitioners, lVr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, iearned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent No.1-State and Mr.P.Bosu babu, learned counsel for the respondent No.2/de-faclo complainant.
4. Pending this petition, the parties have entered into the compromise and, accordingly, respondent No.2/de-facfo complainant filed I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 with the prayer to permit them to enter into compromise and by recording the settlement to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 in FlR.No.553 of 201 9. 2 r71i./ l..'l-l..io.r.) ard I of 2025 h/ and (.-rl. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services committee, has submitted report dated oB.o7.2o2s stating that the parties were identified by their respective counsel and also on verification of Aadhar cardsirdentity cards and the enquiries reveared that the parties have willfully and without coercion entered into settlemenUcompromise.
6. I have considered the submissions of the learned counsel and perused the materials on record.

Having considered the allegations, the nature of charged offences and taking into account the amicabre settrement between the parties and to restore peace between the parties, in the right of the dictums in Gian singh v' sfate of punjab and anotherl and Anir Mishra v. state of lJ.P.2; State of Madhya pradesh v.
