Heard Mr.Vedula Venkata Ramana, learned senior counsel representing M/s.Bharadwaj Associates, appearing for petitioners, Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 3, 12 and Mr.V.Ravinder Rao, learned counsel representing Mr.M.Venkateswar Rao, learned counsel for unofficial respondent Nos.4 to 11. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners strbmits that the impugned proceedings vide case No.B/ L972 l2O2O dated L6.O6.2O25 passed by respondent No.1 are not in accordance with la#. Ho,uvever, without going into the aspects of the merits or demerits of the case since, the Appeal provision is available under law as against the impugned proceedings, he seeks tiberty of this Court to file an Appeal before the appropriate forum.
4. Learned senior counsel appearing for unofficial respondent Nos.4 to t2 takes ho objection'to the same.
5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue also concedes to the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners.
6. Recording the submissions of all the learned counsel, this Writ Petition stands dismissed by granting liberty to the petitioners to file an Appeal before the appropriate forum, within a period of lifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. on filing such Appeal, the appellate authority is directed to examine the same and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of (90) a I 5- I ./ J working days from the date of filing of the Appeal, by putting the interested parties on notice and affording them sufficient opportunity of hearing. Needless to mention, the period of limitation from the date of filing this writ Petition to the date of receipt of a copy of this order, stands condoned.
7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. Till filing of the Appeal, both the parties to this writ petition are directed to maintain status qua as on date in all respects.
