The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "To issue al appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, by declaring the action of.the Respondents in not accepting the application for electricity connection to the petitioner building premises bearing H.No.74-l-2ll1477, admeasuring 8O Sq yds or 66.88 Sq mts situated at Parvath Nagar Allapur Village, Kukatpally Mandal under GHMC Kukatpa-tly Circle, Medcha-l Malkaj giri District as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and consequently direct the respondents to receive the application for the electricity connections and release the power supply without any further delay".

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energr for respondent No. 1, Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and Sri K.Ravi Mahender, Iearned Standing Counsel for GHMC for respondent No.S and perused the record. 2
