No.4 till the disposal of the Main Quash Petition in the interest of the justice This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri B Siva Prasad, Advocate for the Petitioner and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and none appeared for the Respondent No. 2 The Court made the following: ORDER THE HONOURABLE SRIJUSTICE N. TUKARAMJI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7645 ot 2025 ORDER: This petition is filed under Section 528 of 3haratiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashment of the proceedings tn C.C.No.'1 100 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned F'rincipal Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mancherial, against the petitioner/accused No.4.

#2. Heard Mr.B.Siva Prasad, learned counsel f,tr the petitioner, Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1-State

#3. The petitioner is arrayed as accused fllo.4 in C.C No.1100 of 2024 facing accusation under Sections 498-4 of lndian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act

#4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would subm,t that though the petitioner got a strong case even for quashment, as he is; determined to see the process through, the insistence for their preselce is causing severe difficulty in pursuing their occupations and avoc; rtions. Therefore, prayed for dispensing her personal appearance in tht.' proceedings, unless presence in person is required and such direction would redress her grievance. 2

#5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that there is no specific objection for the prayer, however pleaded for a direction for appearance of the petitioner on the material stages in the proceedings.

#6. Having regard to the submissions, subject to the petitioner appearance through her counsel on every adjournment and physical presence as and when directed by the Court, the in-person presence of the petitioner in the proceedings of the C.C.No.1 100 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned Principal Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mancherial, is dispensed with. Additionally it is specified that any lapse in abiding the above conditions would render this order ineffective.
